I got 10656 rank in wbjee ,which colleges i got with cs or it branch

You have Low Score in WBJEE with this Score you will not get any Government Colleges which is under WBJEE,but yeah there is a good chances for you to get any Private colleges,Which accepting WBJEE Score,like Haldia/IEM/Techno India...these are some of good colleges as per placements and Infrastructure in private for B.TECH,CSE.
