i got 110 marks in jee main can i get cs branch

According to previous year, your rank must be around 60000. So with this marks your chance of getting a CS branch in any repured NIT is very less if you belong to general category. However you may get admission into some private colleges with this marks. This answer implies only if you belong to general category
