The exact predicton would be difficult as cutoff varies every year as cutoff varies every year depending on the factors such as No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates etc.
But as per the previous year cutoff, The chances seems less to get CSE branch in VIT Vellore but you can have the chance to get VIT Chennai & VIT Amaravati.
