I got 116 marks in NEET what can i do now?

With this marks you won't have any chance for the MBBS in any of the government colleges.The best option for you is to take an year drop and study hard for the next year NEET exam.Then if you really work hard,you will be able to get into any of the colleges which you want to study in Even now,if you just join some random college bit won't be of any use.Hoe you have understood what I meant.Thank You.
