i got 12000 rank in AEEE. will i be able to get any cse seat. my category is BCB and i got 71.9 percentile in jee mains. and i live in andhra pradesh.

For getting into Amrita university .
You should have minimum qualifying mark of JEE
And for AEEE the cut off is 10,000 for last few years so you many not get a seat. And you're not having a benefit of state quota.
but there is a chance that the cut off may change this year.
