I got 123 marks in jee mains but my 12th mark is less than 75% can i get any good government college

Sorry to say but you won't get any NIT, IIIT or GFTI through JoSAA. But Yes, you have chance to get into various good government colleges through state CET's. So just stay calm and hope for best to happen with you.
