I got 1250 rank in ojee mbbs merit list odisha. I belong to general EWS category. My EWS rank 137.can I get govt college in odisha? ???

Hello aspirant !!
As per the new law 10%of seats need to be reserved for the EWS category from 2019 . With new addition is seats there are now 1,150 medical seats in Odisha . There are 721 government MBBS seats , which means a almost 70 seats for EWS category .
With a category rank of 137 , it will be a bit difficult to get into a Government college . Then too don't loose hopes and wait till the mop up round . With your rank you can get into AYUSH courses as well .
I will suggest you to take a drop and prepare well for the next year .

There are only fail till mop up round I know with my rank I will never get..
