For general category, you need to score minimum 512 marks in neet to get a government college and for sc/st, you need to score above 360. So, in both cases , your score is low. So are your chances of getting a government college for mbbs . Anyway, you can try careers360 college predictor to know your any chances for getting a college for mbbs.
