Frankly, this score is less for any good college. And you will get a private college as most government college give you admission only on the fact whether you have qualified for NEET or not. In some cases they may ask your ranking. But still this score is very less. If you are looking for a good college, try to score better grades. Don't lose heart. Work hard.
