Dear aspirant, you might or might not get into IITs for your ranks based on previous years cutoffs. Cutoffs varies from year to you. As you like Physics will may feel comfortable with Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or Civil Engineering. This differs from person to person. Once go through the subjects offered for all the branches so that you can choose the best branch depending upon your interest.
