Hello,
It is not possible to get any government seat under MBBS/BDS courses with this score, even with OBC category.
You can try for private colleges having lower cutoffs and separate examinations.
According to me, if you want to persue your career only in medical field, then you should give one more chnce to yourself by dropping a year.
