I got 142 in pcb, my overall percentage is 60% and my neet results are not yet declared. Will i get admission in medical college?

You didn't mention your category.
To be eligible for Neet,  you need to get
50 % marks in pcb in boards  if you are from general category.
40 %  marks in pcb boards if you are from obc /sc/st category.
So match your percentage with your category and find whether you are eligible or not.
