I got 14212 rank in jee mains, and i want to go CSE Only. please suggest the best NITs or whether I am eligible or not..

Sorry to say but if you belong to general category, then there are almost null chances for you to get CSE in any top NIT and the chances are also less in you belong to any reserved category as well.
However, you can try your luck in top government colleges other than NIT such as IIIT.
And if you desire to go for only NITs, then you can wait till last round of Counselling and seat allotment.
