I got 14232 Crl in mains and 21812 crl in advance which iit good for me

According to 2018 cutoffs, you may not get a seat in any IIT at your JEE Advanced rank but with your JEE Mains rank, you will get a good branch at a good NIT, some of which I am telling you right here. At a rank of 14232 at JEE Mains, you can get Chemical engineering, Civil engineering, metallurgical and materials engineering at NIT Rourkela. You can also get Computer science and engineering at NIT Patna. Similarly, you can have many good options at NITs woth your JEE Mains rank. Please note that this prediction is completely based on 2018 cutoffs. Also, take care of the fact that cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number if seats available, number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc.
