Hello Aspirant ,
Unfortunately 145/720 in NEET is just mere qualifying marks and will not get you any government college seat in both state and all india quota. You do have OBC reservation but then again it only makes sense if you're NC-OBC and for that too you need a score of 450 and above to get a seat in government college. You can try for management quota or work hard and try again next year too!
