Considering your rank which is 147993, it should roughly be around 87 percentile.As per the cut-off released by NTA this year.The cut-off for OBC(NCL) is 72.8887969 which is roughly around 300000.So you were eligible for JEE advanced for this year.This year's JEE advanced has been cocluded and results are out as well.
