Doesn't look possible unless and until you are from some reservation category. 149 in 15% ALL India Quota is next to impossible and in 85% state quota also looks all the way difficult. You can try for some deemed universities under management quota if you can afford those cost.
Or You can think of taking a drop this year and studying harder and coming back stronger with more marks the next year.
