I got 151490 crl rank in jee and my obc rank is 45853.Now my question is which best colleges should i get in mechanical branch ?

As per the rank mentioned, it's a very low chances to get any NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. You may have chances to get a seat in state govt colleges but you can easily get admission in best private colleges for mechanical engineering. Some of them are as follows:
1. MIT Manipal
2. SRM University
3. RVCE Bangalore
4. LPU Jalandhar
5. Chandigarh University
