I got 166 marks in neet my category is obc and rural can i get a medical college in karnataka

You have scored very less marks.You lack concepts which is very much important for a person who wants to be a doctor.

Even if you belong to any reserved category ,you are not upto the marks.The cut off is high.

You need minimum 540 marks to get seats in karnataka.

Considering the previous year's Cutoff marks , the lowest marks to get seat under OBC category was 338 marks , in Raichur institute of medical sciences, Raichur. Sorry to say but  it clearly states that you don't have any chances of getting seat in karnataka, don't loose hope dear , as the Cutoff changes every year, and you can also go with management quota ,or apart from MBBS ,you have many other courses which also good scope, if you are particular about MBBS , then attempt the exam once again , or you can opt for other courses as well ,
