I got 16k rank in obc cat could I get any nits

As the top NITs like NIT Trichy, Warangal has their closing rank around 2k for obc category, it is difficult for you to get into those colleges for any branch. However new NITs like NIT Andhra Pradesh have a bit lower cut-offs. So, you can try them. But, it is not guaranteed for your rank to get a branch like cse. However, you can surely get into evergreen branches like Mechanical or Civil.
