I got 17149 rank in cet(bsc agri).can i get seat in horticulture?

Hello aspirant. It is not possible for you to get B.Sc horticulture with such rank if you belong to upper category. Even lower categories have a higher cut off then your rank. You must have secured a rank below 4000 at least in my opinion to be safe (generally).
