I got 173 marks with rank 549249 in ST category with state as Rajasthan. Is there any chance of getting govt. college?

This much marks is really less to get a seat in government college via both All India NEET Counselling and Home State Counseling. You can go for the management seats of private colleges which costs a bit higher than the government seats.
