As you have secured 18476 rank in the jee mains 2020 with ews category, then the chances of getting any nit or iiit is quite impossible.
You can apply for some other state colleges or some private institution. With jee mains counseling getting a seat into any nit / iiit / gfti will be very difficult or negligible.
