We may not say that you will get cs branch .According to the 2018 JEE MAINS above 200 marks students are placed with cs branch in NIT'S .As we dont know the things of 2019 JEE MAINS so i hope you will definitely get your desired branch in good NIT .

You would surely be getting a moderate branch in one of the good NITs. If the NIT which you've choosen has an option to change the branch after 1st year, you'll be ending up with CSE.
