Analysing the previous year data, you have very low chances of getting into any NITs. You may get a seat in some lower NITs like NIT Srinagar, NIT Mizoram, etc. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
