Since , you have scored 194 marks in NEET. If we look upto the fact that the cut off for OBC this year is 40th percentile i .e 133-107 that basically means you have qualified the cut off. You can apply for counselling, but it is hard to say that you can get a MBBS seat in government college.
You should apply for counselling and see if it can fetch you any other course than MBBS/BDS.

As per your marks, chances would be less to get a seat in government and private medical colleges. You might get admission chances in Deemed Universities.
