i got 19763 rank in eamcet.so,i want to join in vishnu women's college in cse .is it possible to join in college in second councling?

As of now its tough to say where you can fetch a seat because the cutoff changes every year with college.but based on previous year analysis,your rank and category we can find you possibilities into colleges.now as you didnot mention which category you belong  to,considering you as GEN student, you have tough chances to fetch seat in sri vishnu  engineering college for women,bhimavaram as the cutoff last year for cse was 9677 and you have high rank showing you have  tough chances.but if you are willing to join there you can try through management quota which has higher fee than convener quota.for more info to get a list of colleges you have chances to fetch seat in check:

Considering that you belong to general category since you have not mentioned your category based on previous year cut off in 2019 in second phase you may not get seat in Computer Science Engineering in Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, Bhimavaram. The cut off was 9677 for general category.
