Yes, you can, you can even get a management seat by even clearing the Cutoff's. But why do you need a management seat. You only think yourself, what will you do after getting a management seat if you are getting 200 in NEET then it is clear that you have still much topics tocover.

So, just drop 1 more year and fight for the seat.
