Hell Aspirant,

Based on this score the chances are very less getting a seat in Government & Private colleges as well for MBBS & BDS programme, You can get a seat in Deemed Universities for MBBS programme.

Ayush courses like BAMS, BHMS, BUMS etc. admission is through State counselling Authority on the basis of NEET UG score. Teh cutoff varies state to state.

It is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat Allotment & Allotted the seat as per your score.
