i got 22 marks in jee exam i capebal for engineering?

Yes you are definitely fit for engineering if your basics are much more than average.It does not need to be stronger either i.e. you don't need to be expert.
If you really want to peruse your higher education in engineering you can definitely get into it and don't at all worry about JEE mains score result .It does not mean everything in life .
There are many other college's than iits and nits,but you should find one .

JEE Mains marks don't decide your capability for engineering, these marks only will let you grab a seat in a good college undetuJoSAA counselling but it hardly matters if you don't get that. If you literally want to pursue your higher studies in engimengine, then you can also apply for other entrance exams of respective states and respective colleges as well like LPU in Punjab, Amity University in Noida, UPTU for Uttar Pradesh govt and private colleges, IP University in Delhi and colleges under them.
