Hello,
Sorry to say but with this score getting admission in any college affiliated to jee mains is impossible. Even the low tier private colleges demands a percentile more than 60 % so I would suggest you to rather take admission in any other private colleges that conducts their own entrance exams or drop a year and prepare very hard for the exam and try again next year. Although I think option 1 is much better for you.
