I got 22000 in general category and 2820 in EWS category.Can i get admission in top 5 NITs?

well, the rank predictors don't work for your EWS rank currently as there has been no EWS rank in the previous years.
But with your general category rank here are the courses that you can get in the top NITs( Considering your home state to be Delhi):-
1) NIT Trichy:- No branch available
2) NIT Surathkal:- Mining Engineering
3) NIT Warangal:- Biotech Engineering
4) NIT Calicut:- Production and Biotech Engineering
5) MNNIT Allahabad:- Biotech Engineering
6) SVNIT Surat:- Integrated MSc. Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics

You will not get top 5 NIT but As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges or NITs you get are:-
NIT Patna
IIIT Trichy
NIT Sikkim
NIT Durgapur
NIT Calicut
