Hello student,
One thing to be clear is that PSG college of technology does not accept admissions based on the JEE main scores. To procure a seat there, one must first apply for the TNEA counseling. If you belong to OC or BC category, then a cut off of something which is not less than 198 could pave your way there. Other than TNEA, management quotas are also available. Since CSE is the most opted branch by many candidates, it gets filled in the first round itself. So here, your JEE scores or ranks doesn't even matter.
