i got 2287 rank in ts eamcet that means is it necessary to take income certificate with me for counselling

Income certificate is required for the candidates who are have been availed with fee reimbursement through TS EAMCET 2021.
If your parental income is less than 1 LPA then you need your parent's income certificate as a proof to be shown during councelling. You can even take White Ration Card with you during TS EAMCET councelling to avail the benefits of fee reimbursement.
