I got 230to240 marks and i am in OBC category with sub category armed forces,is there any possibility to get a good College with cs branch

CSE is the most prefered branch, so the competition is very high for this. Therefore even though you belong to the armed forces category with the score you have secured, I am very sorry to tell you that you might have a less chances to get an admission in cse branch.
