I got 23456 is my rank in tseamcet2019 can I get b.pharm in top most college in Hyderabad..?

Considering the previous year's Cutoff of the top most college of Hyderabad, and also Osmania university , you have fair chances of getting seat ,
As the previous years Cutoff ranks  were :-

40127 - Gen category
55127 - SC category
55980 - ST category
58127 - BCA
58127 - BC B
58127 - BC C
58127 - BC D

You have not mentioned your category , because seat allotments are also based on reservation category of the student.
