Well at 239 it is difficult to get government Medical college of course but still result is yet to be come.
At 239 your chances are quite low to get government ayurveda colleges but after the declaration of NEET ug result then you can try may in 3 round of counseling session for may get chance for it .because for the Medical courses like bams bhms ,veterinary candidate should have to score atleast 360++ marks (estimated figure)

Yes you can try for your state counseling which is conducted by NTA only when ever counseling process for bams bhms starts keep touch in nta site.

According to last year when i participate in NEET ug counseling then yes it comes separately bds and mbbs counseling process starts after result and end upto September then after the completion of mbbs and bds counseling process .
bams counseling were started.
So this year no changes are announced yet so please keep in touch with nta neet site for all the updates regarding NEET result and counseling process.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to or your home state. The allotment of seats varies from state to state.
