i got 24 marks in jee mains and crl rank is 608577 and obc rank is 218938 am i eligible for counselling and can get good colleges plssuggest

Since you have not at all cleared the cuttoff rank itself,the question you have posted is completely irrelavent ,You can still opt for writing the JEE exam again by sacrifising an year so that you become eligible for counselling and hopefully get a good college as u mentioned
