i got 240 marks in neet 2019 can i get admission in bams of govt college i belond to obc

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 240 marks and you fall under obc category.
It is very difficult to determine cut off marks for any colleges in a state before exams beacuse it depends on sevral factors.If you look at the trends of the cut off scores over the last 2 years, you'll understand that the cut off scores have only increased with time.
For private colleges try to score 370+ and for government colleges try to score 430+
It is not so easy to predict your rank beacuse it is changing every year..
