Since you have asked your chances of getting admitted to top bsc agriculture colleges, a ranking between 8k to 15k would be most recommended for general category. If you belong to SC category, with the ranking you have received, you have chamces of getting a seat in the 2nd or the extended round of counseling. If you do belong to the category, I would recommend you to wait till the later rounds of counseling.
