Hello, 244 marks in neet is low score for general category student.
Government college for bams is very tough in this score, for unreserved category. For Government seat candidate need to score atleast 500+.
You can try for private or deemed colleges for bams, you have high chances for it.
If you are from st, sc or ph category you have a high chance to get govt seat in bams.

You haven't mentioned your category so I will assume that you belong to general category
With 244 marks, it is not possible to get BAMS college in Maharashtra, not even private ones
Cutoff generally variea from 420- 440 marks for government college. For private it is 300-320.
