AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College

Dear Shiva, you havent mentioned the State and Category you belong to. Neverthless, 245 marks cannot get you even a  seat in a Private Dental College. This year the cut offs have gone way higher. Candidates with a score 572 in Haryana, 517 in Telangana also couldnt secure a seat in any GMC of their respective State Counselings. But a score of 310 secured a seat in Private Medical College in Karnataka under linguistic minority. So the prospects vary from State to State. Having said that, not to disappoint you but the truth is 245 marks cannot get you a Government Medical College. But to help you with probable chances do help us with the State and Category you belong to.

With a score of 245 marks, you have a chance to get into government dental colleges. There is no possibility of getting admission in a government medical college for MBBS with your mark. You will  get seat only in private colleges. Else if you are a student, who belongs to reserved category like central recommendation seat, only then it is possible for your mark to get admission in any of the government colleges with 245 marks in NEET.
