With 246 marks and belonging to bc category I think you might get govt dental college through state quota. I am not totally sure about govt dental college but you can get private dental college. I have provided a link below which can help you further.

The cutoffs for BDS government colleges are quite high.Its almost above 300 atleast.So 246 marks is quite low to get any government MBBS or BDS colleges.But you can opt for private colleges .You can get private medical colleges with your acquired Marks. You just need to go through the normal process of counselling.Choose your preferences wisely.
