First of all in the first and second round,you cannot go into the private college of any other state if which you have domicile.Only for the mop up round state opens admission for other state students.

This is not the case for paid seats in private college as there only money matters,you can get admission.Also there is less chance that you would benefit from your category since many state don't accept category of other state students but stay tuned for official notice from kerela neet site.
