you have not mentioned your catagory, so I am assuming that you belong to UR(unreserved).

and with this score, I am sorry to say but you will not get a seat in any government college.

however, there is a little chance that you get addmission in a private institute under management quota. (check the link for more details)

coming to placements, so there is no such thing like placement in the medical field.

After your MBBS, you do an Internship for a year.

After Which, you decide whether or not you want to go for House Staff-ship.

in both cases, you earn.

after which you can continue the house staff-ship or go for PG or you can do both at the same time.
