The expected cut off of BAMS for general category in Maharashtra is expected to be around 430. Therefore your marks and not enough to get you a seat. This is the cutoff went high due to increase in number of students qualifying the exam. It's better that you take a drop and work hard to get a seat next year.

If we consider the previous year BAMS cutoffs for college of maharashtra , then a minimum score of 300 and 250 is required for government and private colleges respectively. Also , this year , the cutoffs are expected to increase , so a score of 254 gives you very low chances for private colleges only. You have no chances for government colleges.
