i got 2546 rank in apicet2021 and im oc female having ebc certificate , is there any chance for me to get into any university

According to your marks, you cant get into universities. As well as you can get into some good colleges according to your rank. Such colleges for your rank are MITS Anantapur, PVP siddartha Vijayawada, RGMCET Kurnool. these are on the basis of the previous year it may vary year by year.
