With 26,202 OBC rank and 82,013 CRL rank, you may get EE or ECE in some lower or newer NITs, especially in later JoSAA rounds. Your chances are better for Electrical Engineering than ECE, as ECE cutoffs are usually higher.
Possible options can include NIT Agartala, NIT Srinagar, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Puducherry, or some North-East NITs depending on your home state and category quota.
Top NITs for ECE/EE are unlikely at this rank.
