263 is not an appropriate score to get government college through counselling as for government medical colleges at least 560 marks in needed in Neet. Your profile shows that you belong to Maharashtra so going by last year's cutoffs, you can try for private medical colleges as private Medical colleges participate in State counselling. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
