Dear, your NEET 2018 score won't be considered for academic year 2019 or further. To get admission this year, you need to appear for the entrance exam- NEET 2019. The cutoff will be released after the exam, based on which you can apply for the counseling process further. Well, to get admission in a government college, your score should be minimum 520-40 (if you're applying in your own state- i.e for 85% state quota seats) and 600-620+ (in case of 15% AIQ seats). The cutoff changes every year and so you need to keep high target at least you'll score near to it or even more which will benefit you in getting admission in your desired college. Hope you're getting my point.!
So prepare well and study smart.!
Good Luck.!
